Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering a renewable energy project in Hervey Bay. This full-time opportunity offers a FIFO arrangement from Brisbane on a 10:4 roster.

Working closely with the project and commercial teams, you will manage contract administration, procurement and cost control throughout project delivery. You will play a key role in managing subcontractor performance, assessing claims and variations, and supporting the project’s commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer subcontract and supplier agreements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong commercial judgement, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, commerce or a related discipline are desirable.
• Willingness to work a FIFO 10:4 roster from Brisbane to Hervey Bay.
