Job summary

Genesis Recruitment Solutions in Sydney is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator and Senior Contracts Administrator for a 6-month contract. Qualifications

• Contract administration experience within infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage high volumes of contracts and concurrent projects.
• Understanding of risk management and procurement processes.
• Strong reading and interpretation of complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Administer infrastructure contracts ensuring compliance with governance.
• Manage contracts across complex road infrastructure projects, incl. D&C and Construct Only.
• Review variations and claims and liaise with project teams.
• Prepare contractual correspondence and documentation with focus on accuracy.
• Monitor contractor performance, deliverables, costs and compliance.
• Support tender activities, supplier engagement and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate contract records and reporting across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and deliver value-for-money.
