Job summary

Sydney Corroboree Talent is seeking a Contracts/Senior Contracts Administrator to support major infrastructure projects in a hybrid Parramatta-based role. You will administer GC21 contracts, manage variations and claims, prepare formal correspondence and monitor contractor performance within governance guidelines.

The role focuses on providing compliant contract administration, procurement awareness and proactive risk management while collaborating with project teams and suppliers to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration within infrastructure, construction or project environments.
• Essential: GC21 contracts experience including variations, claims and admin processes.
• Understanding procurement, contractual obligations, legislation and risk management principles.
• Strong written communication and ability to prepare contractual correspondence and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with project teams, contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Administer contract management processes ensuring compliance with obligations, legislation and governance.
• Review variations and claims with project teams to resolve issues and achieve outcomes.
• Prepare contractual letters, notices and correspondence with accurate communication.
• Monitor contractor performance, costs and risks, escalating concerns when needed.
• Contribute to commercial activities including tenders, tender evaluations and supplier engagement.
• Maintain contract documentation, registers and performance reports and identify process improvements.
