Qualifications

• tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
• Commercial Contracts Administration experience
• Experience with a recognised commercial builder
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Stable employment history with reliable references

Responsibilities

• Join an experienced project team delivering major commercial construction projects in Sydney.
• Work alongside Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and Senior Contracts Administrators.
• Assist with contracts administration and delivery processes on high-value projects.
• Opportunity for both site-based and office-based work.
