Job summary

Your Resourcing Group Pty Ltd is partnering with two of the Gold Coast’s most respected builders to recruit Senior Contracts Administrators across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. These roles span high-rise residential, commercial and government projects, with responsibilities from head contracts through to completion.

You’ll join collaborative, high-performing teams offering strong commercial focus and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Contracts Administrator in Australian construction.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, legislation and procurement.
• Proactive, organized and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Managing or assisting with Head Contracts.
• Procurement and subcontractor engagement.
• Cost planning, forecasting and budget management.
• Progress claims, variations, EOTs, NODs and RFIs.
• Preparing and reviewing subcontract packages and scopes of work.
• Contract administration from project award through to completion.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members (Senior opportunities).

In addition, we have Contracts Administration opportunities across Brisbane with leading commercial builders and developer-builders, with positions available from Junior through to Senior Contracts Administrator level.

The Opportunity These roles will see you working on a diverse range of projects, including:

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities will include:

About You

• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within the Australian construction industry
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A sound understanding of construction contracts, legislation and procurement
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach

For Senior opportunities, you'll have demonstrated experience independently managing the commercial outcomes of medium to large-scale construction projects.

A Degree or Diploma in Construction Management (or equivalent industry experience) will be highly regarded.

Salary packages are expected to range from $150,000 to $200,000+ super, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
