Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator on commercial building projects, ideally $100M to $150M.
• Background in aged care, education, Defence, government or industrial construction.
• Strong working knowledge of Jobpac and Aconex.
• Command of head contract and subcontract administration from ECI to final account, including variations, progress claims and cost reporting.
• A track record of long tenure with your employers.

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction: Start in the northside Brisbane corporate office, setting up the head contract, subcontract procurement and commercial framework through ECI.
• Construction: Move to site full time with the entire delivery team and own the commercial side of the job day to day.
• Close-out and beyond: As the project winds up, return to the northside office to finalise accounts, then roll onto the next project in the pipeline.

Who you’ll work for

A family-owned Tier 2 builder approaching 55 years in business. Their focus is $100M to $150M commercial projects across aged care, police and emergency services facilities, schools, Defence and industrial. Many of their people have been with them for well over a decade, and they want you to be next.

The project

A $140M independent living aged care development in Brighton, currently in early contractor involvement (ECI). Construction starts in early 2027 and runs for about 18 months.
