Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking up to 3 Senior Contracts Administrators to join our Brisbane-based team delivering new build projects up to $40M. You will work closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure on-time delivery and contract compliance.

In this permanent role, you’ll manage subcontracts, procurement packages, budgets and variations, contributing to a strong project pipeline and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator / CA.
• Strong new build construction experience.
• Ability to manage projects and packages from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontracts and procurement packages.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and cash flow.
• Assist with tender evaluations and letting packages.
• Administer progress claims, variations and contractual correspondence.
• Work closely with your Project Manager and Site Manager.

About the Role

As Senior Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of new build projects, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider project team.

Key Responsibilities
