Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Brisbane is hiring Senior Contracts Administrators to join a well-respected Tier 3 head contractor. Up to 3 roles, with a Monday to Friday program, and projects up to $40M. This is a long-term permanent opportunity with a strong local team and pipeline of work.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and project team to deliver new build projects while ensuring robust procurement and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator / CA.
• Strong new build construction experience.
• Ability to manage projects and packages from start to finish.
• Brisbane / Queensland construction market experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontracts and procurement packages.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and cash flow.
• Assist with tender evaluations and letting packages.
• Administer progress claims, variations and contractual correspondence.
• Work closely with your Project Manager and Site Manager.

About the Role

As Senior Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of new build projects, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontracts and procurement packages
• Monitor project budgets, costs and cash flow
• Assist with tender evaluations and letting packages
