Job summary

Melbourne Park is seeking an experienced Contract Manager - Presentation Services to lead the management of cleaning, waste, pest control and related contracts across the precinct. You will collaborate with internal teams, Tennis Australia and external providers to ensure world-class presentation and compliance during events and non-event operations, including the Australian Open.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing service-based contracts, ideally within facilities management, major events, venues or similar environments.
• Strong contract, financial and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing service providers and driving performance against KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning, waste, pest control and related service contracts across Melbourne Park.
• Oversee service delivery and performance across event and non-event modes, including the Australian Open.
• Manage contract KPIs, budgets, audits, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Support procurement, tendering and contract management processes.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, Tennis Australia, contractors and service providers.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and value for money.
• Drive waste diversion, sustainability and environmental initiatives across the precinct with a focus on the Australian Open.
• Provide advice to venue teams and service departments on cleaning, waste and presentation requirements.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event cleaning inspections, reporting and corrective actions.
• Support operational projects and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement.
