Job summary

Talent Web Property is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our Sydney commercial construction team, delivering high-quality new build projects. You will manage contract administration, procurement, cost control and project coordination, working closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contract Administrator within new build commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of head contracts, subcontractor agreements, variations and cost control processes.
• Experience using Jobpac and Procore (preferred).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing head contracts and subcontractor agreements.
• Preparing, reviewing and administering subcontractor packages.
• Managing progress claims, variations, extensions of time and contractual correspondence.
• Supporting procurement activities, including tendering, negotiations and subcontractor engagement.
• Maintaining procurement schedules and project documentation.
• Monitoring project costs, cash flow, risks and opportunities.
• Preparing cost reports and assisting with financial forecasting.
• Ensuring project compliance with contractual, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Reviewing drawings, revisions and project documentation.
• Attending site meetings and collaborating with project teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Supporting the Project Manager to achieve successful project outcomes.
