Job summary

Australian Builder & Developer is seeking two experienced Contract Administrators to support Project Managers and Commercial Managers on a range of residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney. The roles focus on contract administration, procurement, cost planning, and schedule management to ensure timely project delivery.

Minimum five years post-graduate experience and tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related field are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of post-graduate experience as a Contract Administrator, Project / Site Coordinator, or Project Engineer
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Building & Construction (Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma)
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or major refurbishment projects
• Strong expertise in contract administration, procurement, trade letting, cost planning, programming, and scheduling
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing site-based teams, liaising with clients, and overseeing subcontractors

• Oversee and deliver newly awarded residential and commercial projects in Sydney
• Coordinate contract administration, procurement, and subcontractor management
