Capstone Recruitment in Sydney partners with a privately owned developer builder redefining urban living. They seek a Senior Contract Administrator to join the delivery team on landmark projects across the Living Sector, including BTR and large-scale mixed-use developments.

You will manage end-to-end contract administration, procurement, cost forecasting, and risk management, collaborating with development, construction and delivery teams to ensure commercial success.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years experience as a Contract Administrator / Senior CA
• Experience on major residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects
• Exposure to developer builder or Tier 1/2 contractors
• Genuine interest and passion in MMC
• Strong knowledge of head contracts and subcontract management
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, high-growth environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• End to end contract administration across large-scale projects
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• Cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Head contract and subcontract negotiations
• Variations, claims, and risk management
• Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved
• Driving value engineering and cost efficiencies
