Job summary

N F Corbett Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the Project Team. You will take ownership of the commercial performance of a project from onboarding through to close-out.

You will review Head Contracts, manage subcontract administration, cost control and procurement, forecast, variations, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Head and Subcontract administration.
• Experience in Queensland civil and commercial sectors.
• Tertiary qualification in CM/QS/Eng/Contracts Management.

Responsibilities

• Review Head Contract Terms and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Manage Head Contract and Subcontract administration incl. Payment Claims, Delay Claims and Variations.
• Manage project cost control, forecasting and monthly commercial reporting.
• Procurement and negotiation of supply and Subcontract packages.
• Maintain accurate contractual and commercial documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
