Job summary

Lead Group in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee the contractual and financial aspects of a growing project pipeline. You will work closely with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure quality delivery and strong commercial performance.

The role focuses on procurement, contract administration and financial reporting across commercial construction and education, multi-residential, fitout and refurbishment projects in South East Queensland.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian commercial head contractor projects.
• Managed significant trade packages or led commercial aspects.
• Strong procurement and contractual administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing trade procurement, tender assessments and subcontractor appointments.
• Preparing and administering subcontract agreements.
• Managing progress claims, variations and contractual correspondence.
• Maintaining project budgets, cost reports and forecasts.
• Identifying commercial risks and managing contractual obligations.
• Working with delivery teams to maintain project margins and financial control.
• Managing subcontractor final accounts and project close-out.
