Job summary

Bupa, a global health and care leader, is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Execution & Roadmapping to translate strategy into delivery across APAC. You will steer enterprise roadmaps, governance, and portfolio planning with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the APAC region.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading and delivering enterprise-wide programs or strategic portfolios in a large organisation.
Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise roadmaps and governance for strategic initiatives.
Coordinate APAC portfolio delivery, tracking progress, risks, dependencies and benefits.
Support portfolio planning and prioritisation to optimise investment and resources.
Partner with senior leaders and delivery teams to maintain alignment with enterprise priorities and capacity.
Develop and maintain portfolio governance, planning and reporting frameworks across initiatives.
Coordinate senior leader reporting, portfolio reviews and governance forums with timely insights.
