Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
Knowledge in venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance or related fields is highly desirable.
Experience in business development and managing client relationships.
Strong financial modelling skills with ability to build models from business plans and cash flow.
Ability to manage project expenditures against budget and guide team members.

Responsibilities

Model financial statements, conduct data analytics and economic analysis for client engagements.
Deliver and review modelling work, support decision making and scenario analyses.
Develop sector-specific expertise aligned with experience and interests.
Build client relationships and pursue new business opportunities via proposals.
Mentor junior staff and foster an inclusive, innovative team environment.
