Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Sydney is seeking a Manager to join the Valuation Modelling and Economics (VME) team. You will lead valuation projects for transactions, financial reporting and strategic planning. You will oversee models, reports, and analyses, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of valuation-related experience.
• Experience with valuation techniques (cost of capital, market comparables, DCF).
• Experience modelling in Excel and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation projects for businesses, equity interests, financial instruments and intangibles.
• Prepare valuation models and reports with analyses of drivers, benchmarks and value creation.
• Coach and develop junior team members and liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee delivery of valuation work for transactions, financial reporting and strategy.
