Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Valuation Modelling & Economics (VME) division. You will deliver financial modelling, data analytics and economic analysis across engagements, while mentoring peers and expanding client relationships.

You will collaborate with a global network of experts within EY, contributing to strategic financial decision support, cost analyses, and capital strategy, in a dynamic and inclusive environment in Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with around 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, preferably with accounting, finance, taxation, economics, engineering or data science.
• Desirable knowledge in venture capital, investment banking, strategy or financial research.
• Experience in business development and client management.
• Strong financial modelling skills tied to strategic plans, cash flow and investment risk.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues and propose strategies for financial investigations and procedures.
• Lead detailed financial modelling to support board and management reporting.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with team members, mentor colleagues, and stay updated on industry trends and technology.
