Framework Search & Select is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Construction Claims & Advisory practice in Perth. You will work closely with industry-leading directors who are committed to training and developing your expertise in construction disputes.

Qualifications

• A relevant construction degree and ideally 2-4 years' experience in the construction industry.
• Previous dealings with contracts or Claims.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An eye for detail.
• Grounded professionalism with drive to progress.

Responsibilities

• Support contract administration, validate progress claims, assess variations, and ensure contractual alignment.
• Analyze detailed cost reports and budgets to provide data-driven insights to senior leaders.
• Assist with final accounts, post-construction reconciliations, and cost close-out activities.
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver client-facing outputs across live and retrospective assignments.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality across all documentation and deliverables.
• Review project records (contracts, programmes, correspondence, site records, cost documents) and extract relevant facts.
• Assist with delay analysis by updating schedules and identifying potential causes of delay.
• Help prepare draft claim assessments, reports, and responses to clients or legal teams.
• Coordinate information requests with project teams, clients, lawyers and technical specialists.
• Assist with mediation, adjudication, arbitration or litigation preparation, under supervision.
