Stream Healthcare is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth-based healthcare desk. You will own a true 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to placement, building strong client partnerships across Government, NGOs, and Private sectors.

You'll source, interview and place healthcare professionals while growing your own desk with autonomy and full support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 recruitment consultant or in sales transitioning to recruitment.
• Strong relationship-building and resilience.
• Willingness to own a desk and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (BD through to placement).
• Develop and grow client partnerships (Government, NGOs, Private).
• Source, interview and place healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain your own desk like it's your business.
• Generate leads, build pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate offers and close deals confidently.
