Job summary

DDR Australia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to steer building and civil projects from tender through to delivery and close-out. You will collaborate with clients, estimators and operations to secure work and drive safety, quality and commercial outcomes.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, administer contracts and progress claims, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a similar role within building/construction.
• Experience delivering projects from planning to completion.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client relationships.
• Sound commercial, contract administration and cost control capability.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, schedules and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project management, quality and HSEQ systems and processes.
• Advanced planning and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-contract and tender stages through to delivery and close-out.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources and subcontractors to achieve safety, quality and commercial objectives.
• Administer contracts, variations and progress claims while maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor project performance, risks and opportunities to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company systems, contractual obligations and safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Support tender submissions and estimates with practical delivery expertise.
