Job summary

DDR Australia is seeking an experienced multi-disciplinary engineering professional to lead defence infrastructure projects in Australia. You will steer planning, design, construction, and closeout, ensuring fit-for-purpose engineered solutions and compliance with Australian Standards.

You will manage budgets, subcontract packages, and stakeholder coordination, driving safe, cost-effective outcomes. The role includes HOTO processes, monthly reporting, and continuous improvement of PM systems

Qualifications

• Eligible for Defence clearance.
• Tertiary Engineering qualification in relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from planning through to closeout.
• Optimise resource allocation and monitor productivity against targets.
• Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of project management systems.
• Provide technical guidance on design, construction, modifications, and repairs.
• Manage budgets, risks, opportunities, and commercial performance.
• Lead Defence HOTO processes and stakeholder coordination, with documentation and lessons learned.
