You will manage contracts, liaise with subcontractors, and drive value engineering while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met. A proactive, detail-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the construction sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining commercial focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery from contract award through to practical completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and supporting project staff.
• Lead construction program development and ensure key milestones are met.
• Oversee contract administration, including claims and variations.
• Conduct site visits and maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality obligations.
• Support pre-construction functions including estimating, takeoffs, and documentation review.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities and efficiencies.
• Maintain accurate project records in collaboration with administrative teams.
