Job summary

Ikg Talent is partnering with a globally recognised data centre developer, owner and operator to appoint a Project Manager for Sydney. You will own end-to-end delivery of construction projects, from inception through practical completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to the highest safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and senior stakeholders to keep fast-moving projects on track.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' project management experience in building/construction.
Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management with clear communication.
Proficiency with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously across all phases of delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with design, engineering, subcontractors and consultants to meet specifications.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular site visits to assess status, quality, and safety compliance.
Prepare and present project reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and manage risk registers and mitigation strategies.
Act as the central point of communication to keep stakeholders aligned.
