Job summary

IKG Talent is seeking an experienced Construction Services Manager to oversee and coordinate all construction services for Data Centre projects from design through commissioning and handover.

You will manage HV/LV electrical, Building Management Systems (BMS), mechanical, fire, security, hydraulic and telecommunications services, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction services for data centre or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV electrical, mechanical, BMS, and fire services in data centres.
• Experience with contract negotiations and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all construction services from design through commissioning.
• Engage and manage contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee IST, commissioning plans and project handover.
• Lead HSEQ management and risk controls.
