Job summary

Siteforce Recruitment is seeking an Estimator for walling, cladding & flooring systems in South East Queensland. You will review drawings, complete quantity take-offs, prepare estimates and coordinate with builders and suppliers to ensure accurate, commercial pricing.

Experience in residential estimating and ability to read plans will be valued, with a focus on clarity, risk management and timely tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Residential construction estimating experience required.
• Ability to read plans and interpret specs.
• Experience with AAC panels, walling, cladding, rendering or flooring packages would be highly regarded.
