Job summary

SiteForce Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a capable Site Manager to coordinate walling, cladding and flooring systems on residential and commercial projects in South East Queensland.

You will lead installation crews, read drawings, manage deliveries, ensure safety and quality, and liaise with builders to keep programs on track. A White Card and valid driver’s license are required, with travel between sites.

Site Manager – Walling, Cladding & Flooring Systems South East Queensland

Siteforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to coordinate site delivery for an established specialist company supplying and installing walling, cladding, flooring systems and architectural coatings.

Working on residential and commercial projects, you will lead installation crews, coordinate with builders and ensure work meets program, quality and safety requirements.

About the Role

Manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate installation crews and subcontractors.

Plan labour, materials, deliveries and access to keep work progressing.

Liaise with builder site teams and other trades to coordinate installation sequences.

Read drawings and specifications and confirm site readiness before work starts.

Monitor installation quality and ensure work follows project and manufacturer requirements.

Identify delays, site clashes and scope changes early and escape issues appropriately.

Maintain site records, progress reports and documentation for dayworks and variations.

Oversee safe work practices, inductions and compliance with site procedures.

Coordinate inspections, defect rectification and handover.

About You

Experience managing residential construction sites, with commercial experience highly regarded.

Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or experienced Foreman.

Proven ability to lead trade crews and subcontractors.

Strong plan-reading, scheduling and practical problem-solving skills.

Confidence communicating with builders and managing competing site priorities.

A relevant trade or construction background.

Experience with AAC panels, walling, cladding, rendering or flooring systems would be highly regarded.

Confidence using digital systems for site reporting and quality checks.

A current White Card, driver’s licence and willingness to travel between projects.
