Job summary

Airtrunk seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead General Site Services on a major Perth project. You will oversee field execution, coordinate scaffolding, cranage, temporary facilities, and contractor partners, while driving safety and performance standards.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will mentor frontline leaders, drive planning and daily execution, and ensure resources are available for construction, shutdowns, commissioning, and readiness.

• Proven leadership in large construction projects.
• Strong safety culture and risk management mindset.
• Effective planning, scheduling and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day General Site Services across a major project.
• Direct Superintendents, Supervisors and contractor partners.
• Oversee scaffolding, cranage, lifting operations, and temporary facilities.
• Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and contractor activities.
• Drive planning and productivity, align with critical path.
• Maintain safety leadership and drive execution quality.
