Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
• Experience delivering land development and urban infrastructure projects.
• Leadership experience to mentor high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and resourcing.
• Ability to build long-term client partnerships.
• Willingness to work across disciplines and offices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of construction managers delivering urban development and infrastructure across Victoria.
• Ensure technical excellence and QA compliance within budget and schedule.
• Manage team resourcing, planning, and performance oversight.
• Provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability.
• Collaborate with APAC lines for integrated delivery.
• Act as technical leader, reviewing inputs and resolving challenges.
• Maintain proactive client communication and service delivery.
