Stantec in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to lead delivery of bridge and maritime structure projects across Victoria and Australia. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and engage clients to ensure designs meet Australian standards and the client brief.

The role focuses on analysis, design, and rehabilitation, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and supporting bids and business development while promoting safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5–10 years’ experience delivering multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• CPEng accreditation.
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or unrestricted Australian working rights.

Aufgaben

• Undertake structural analysis, design, assessment and rehabilitation of bridges and maritime structures.
• Deliver engineering designs and documentation for bridges, retaining walls, culverts, marine structures, and related civil infrastructure.
• Prepare calculations, technical reports, design specifications, drawings, and project deliverables per requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers, designers and drafters.
• Support project managers in managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and resourcing.
