• Experience with estimating and pricing commercial projects.
• Knowledge of early development, pre-construction and delivery phases.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants and councils.

• Estimate and price multiple live and upcoming projects.
• Handle RFIs, consultant coordination, and quotes.
• Support projects through construction across Sandringham, Southbank and Geelong.
• Develop project coordination and overall delivery as part of the team.
