Job summary

Trippas White Group in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Concierge to deliver premium visitor and workplace experiences for clients, employees and guests. You will lead the Concierge and Reception teams, coordinate daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires at least 3 years in concierge or front-of-house within premium environments, strong communication, and a proactive, flexible approach. On-site collaboration with building management and security is key.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in concierge, reception, or front-of-house roles.
• Experience in premium hotel, corporate workplace, or A-grade commercial env.
• Proven leadership, coaching, or team support experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace tech systems.
• Proactive approach and sound judgement for customer service.
