Job summary

Bankwest Compliance, part of CommBank’s Retail Banking Services, seeks a Senior Manager Risk Quality and Compliance to support the Just Enough Bank strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to navigate regulatory landscapes and deliver compliant, customer-focused app-led experiences.

Based in Perth with engagement across Sydney, you will lead initiatives, manage stakeholders, and produce ongoing compliance reporting to strengthen risk management and governance across the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advice regarding regulatory obligations including Corporations Act, ASIC Act, NCCP Act, ePayments Code, Banking Code of Practice and other legislative obligations applicable to Bankwest.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver practical and commercially sound risk outcomes, often as part of strategic change initiatives and customer communication campaigns.
• Enable improvements in the compliance risk profile through effective delivery of project outcomes and high-quality stakeholder management.
• Deliver regular reports on progress and any ad hoc analysis as required.
