CommBank in Sydney is seeking a Manager Compliance to provide oversight of the Compliance Management Framework across support functions, ensuring activities align with regulatory standards.

You will design, implement and monitor processes, assess laws and codes, advise Line 1 teams, and train staff on key obligations while partnering with Group functions.

Flexible work options available with in-office time and other arrangements; strong stakeholder engagement is essential to success in this role.

Formación

• Experience in compliance within financial services.
• Ability to analyse regulatory changes and assess impact on business units.
• Experience advising on compliance issues and incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Contributing to design, implementation and ongoing improvement of GSU Compliance processes and procedures.
• Identify legal and regulatory obligations for support functions and review controls and compliance levels.
• Advise Line 1 teams on a range of compliance matters and develop training on key obligations.
• Provide reporting on compliance exposures for compliance committees and other reports as needed.
• Support planning and performance of compliance monitoring to agreed schedules.
