Qualifications

• 6-10 years' experience in regulatory compliance within trading environments.
• Strong understanding of the Australian regulatory environment and ASIC requirements.
• Experience responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advice and oversight to business and support functions.
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries, requests and investigations.
• Conduct routine compliance reviews to identify risks and gaps.
• Develop, review and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver compliance training materials to support regulatory awareness.
• Partner with Trading Compliance to align policy interpretation and issue escalation.
• Support ongoing enhancement of the firm's compliance framework and controls.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a proactive compliance culture.
