Beyond Bank Australia is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager in Adelaide to provide independent oversight of regulatory compliance across the Bank, guiding leaders and shaping the Compliance Program.

You will lead the Compliance Advisory team, manage incidents and breaches, implement regulatory change, and strengthen the Bank’s compliance culture while delivering practical, business-focused advice. Join a dedicated team focused on development and impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial services compliance, advisory or risk.
• Ability to interpret complex legislation and translate into business advice.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and regulators.
• Experience leading regulatory change initiatives and governance programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; reports for diverse audiences.
• Leadership experience and coaching of high-performing teams.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, compliance, business or audit.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert compliance advice and regulatory guidance to leaders across the Bank.
• Lead the Compliance Advisory team and mature the Compliance Framework.
• Drive assessment and implementation of regulatory change in a dynamic environment.
• Oversee management of compliance incidents, investigations and reporting.
• Influence key business initiatives with risk-based regulatory insight.
• Represent the Bank with regulators and governance forums, fostering relationships.
