Responsibilities

• Evaluate regulatory framework and identify gaps and improvements.
• Assess the current compliance program, structure, and resources.
• Identify risks and prioritize material penalties for non-compliance or breaches.
• Examine monitoring practices and reporting channels for incidents.
• Gather stakeholder feedback on the compliance function and inter-department relationships.
