Job summary

Webuild Australia (Webuild, Clough and e2o) is seeking a Communications, Community & Stakeholder Engagement Manager to deliver social value, community investments and stakeholder strategies from Sydney. You will lead partnerships, measure outcomes and support ESG commitments across major infrastructure projects.

The role requires deep experience in community and stakeholder engagement, tendering input and strategic advisory to project teams.

Qualifications

10-15 years' experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, social impact or sustainability.
Experience on major infrastructure, construction, resources or government projects.
Experience developing and implementing engagement strategies.
Experience supporting major tenders and business development activities.
Experience presenting to executive stakeholders, clients and external audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage corporate community investment and social impact strategy.
Lead delivery of community partnerships, grants, sponsorships, volunteering programs and social value projects.
Establish frameworks to measure and report community outcomes and project legacy benefits.
Support ESG commitments related to community engagement and social sustainability.
Provide expert advice on stakeholder engagement across all project delivery phases.
Lead tender responses relating to Community and Stakeholder Engagement, Social License to Operate, and Community Benefits.
Provide strategic support to project communications and engagement teams across the portfolio.
