Job summary

Westpac Bank in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs to lead internal and external communications across the Consumer Division, helping senior leaders communicate clearly, engage their teams and protect Westpac’s reputation. You’ll develop end-to-end communications strategies, oversee events and campaigns, and provide reputational counsel on emerging issues.

What’s the role?

As a Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs, you’ll support internal and external communications across the Consumer Division, helping senior leaders communicate clearly, engage their teams and protect Westpac’s reputation.

You’ll develop and deliver end-to-end communications strategies, lead internal events and All Ins, and create engaging written, video and digital content. You’ll also identify proactive media opportunities, develop external campaigns, and provide trusted communications and reputational advice on emerging business issues.

This is a highly visible, fast-paced role for someone who can own outcomes, bring fresh ideas and make an impact through creative communications that connect with employees, customers and external audiences.

This is a 12-month parental leave cover max term role based in Sydney, with flexible working arrangements.
