Job summary

Westpac Private is hiring a Private Executive in Barangaroo to build meaningful, long-term relationships with High Net Worth and Family Office clients, guiding them through wealth opportunities and complex needs. What's the role?

At Westpac Private, you'll build meaningful, long term relationships with High Net Worth, Ultra High Net Worth and Family Office clients, helping them navigate the opportunities and complexities that come with significant wealth.

You'll manage and grow a portfolio of clients across Victoria, supporting their banking, lending and broader wealth needs. You'll work closely with specialists across Westpac to bring together the right expertise, deliver an integrated client experience and help clients achieve their personal, family and business goals.

This is a full time role based in Barangaroo / Warrane, Gadigal Country.

What do I need?

• Demonstrated ability to build, manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth clients, family offices, business owners or professional adviser networks.
• Strong consumer lending capability, with an understanding of complex lending needs and broader business or commercial lending.
• Sound knowledge of credit policy, risk management and credit decision making.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to bring together banking, lending and wealth specialists to deliver great client outcomes.
• The commercial judgement and wealth knowledge to identify opportunities and confidently support sophisticated client conversations.
