Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sites, expenditure and property projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease events, including renewals, reviews and negotiations.
• Assess property costs and identify opportunities to improve value.
• Build productive relationships with landlords, agents and service providers.
• Coordinate property works and oversee external delivery partners.
• Prepare budgets and recommendations to support property decisions.
• Ensure premises continue to meet operational and compliance requirements.
