Job summary

Commercial Property Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to lead performance and strategic management of a diverse portfolio across Sydney. You will build strong client relationships, oversee leasing and asset strategies, and advise landlords to maximise value across industrial, retail and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in commercial property management.
• Strong understanding of industrial, commercial and retail property markets.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at a high level.
• Commercially astute with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and value growth.
• Develop and implement asset strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders.
• Manage all critical dates / compliance, risk and operational performance across the portfolio.
• Oversee leasing strategies in collaboration with internal sales & leasing teams.
• Monitor market conditions and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Prepare and present detailed reporting including budgets, forecasts and asset performance.
• Identify value-add opportunities including repositioning, upgrades and lease structuring.
