Job summary

You will lead and develop the Contracts Administration team and partner with senior leadership to enhance systems, reporting and commercial disciplines across the business.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in commercial management, contracts, or project controls in construction/infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, variations, EOTs and subcontractor arrangements.
• Track record protecting margins and improving project financial outcomes.
• Forecasting, cost-to-complete, revenue recognition and cash flow expertise.
• Experience leading or coaching commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial performance from contract execution to completion across national projects.
• Protect margins, manage risks, and drive forecast accuracy and cash flow.
• Lead upstream/downstream commercial exposures and variations/claims negotiations.
• Ensure compliant, defensible contractual submissions and reporting.
• Mentor Contracts Administration team and strengthen governance and controls.
