• Background in Market Infrastructures, Relationship Management or Business Consulting.
• Payments expertise is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with executives, technology, architects, analysts, and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge (networks, security, public cloud) is an advantage.
• Ability to work with multiple teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs/market opportunities and grow business with medium accounts.
• Develop plans for medium accounts and infrastructure initiatives to hit sales objectives.
• Coordinate plans and assist larger projects across teams.
• Serve as single point of contact for medium clients and center of expertise.
• Represent Swift at regional events and meetings to promote products and services.
• Liaise with divisions, commercial managers and teams to provide integrated solutions.
• Acquire and maintain skills and knowledge.
• Share customer, product, and market insights internally.
