Scyne Advisory Pty is expanding its Commercial, Financial and Infrastructure practice in Canberra, seeking a Manager with strong financial and commercial acumen to lead multi-sector engagements and mentor a growing team. You will work with government and industry clients to deliver robust investment cases, procurement strategies and value-driven commercial advice.

You will contribute to business development, shape proposals, and drive delivery excellence across major infrastructure projects

Qualifications

• Interest in infrastructure and related sectors (e.g., transport, energy, social infrastructure, Defence and national security, water).
• Excellent financial analysis and modelling capabilities with strong commercial acumen across contracts, procurement, funding and project decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to articulate complex narratives and engage stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables, work autonomously yet collaboratively, manage priorities and deliver high standards.
• Business development mindset: contributing to proposals, identifying opportunities and building client relationships.
• Interest in mentoring and developing junior staff.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of commercial and financial advisory engagements across diverse sectors.
• Develop comprehensive financial modelling and analysis.
• Support procurement strategies and commercial frameworks within investments and business cases.
• Manage business and investment case components to support major decisions.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, client relationships and market positioning.
• Mentor junior team members and drive high standards of delivery.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders including government clients and boards.
