Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. is assisting a Sydney-based commercial law firm seeking a senior litigator to lead complex commercial disputes with genuine ownership and mentoring responsibilities.

The role offers broad exposure to urgent interlocutory matters and strategic advisory work in a collaborative, high‑calibre environment. You will focus on high‑quality cases with real autonomy, benefiting from senior mentorship and a modern, balance‑driven office culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PAE in commercial litigation/dispute resolution (boutique or mid/top tier).
• Confident running matters end-to-end: pleadings, evidence, strategy and advice.
• Court exposure (or strong interest) including interlocutories and directions hearings.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to simplify complex issues for clients.
• Comfortable briefing and instructing counsel, and collaborating with a lean team.
• Proactive, calm under pressure, and genuinely client-focused.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage contract and commercial disputes end-to-end, including urgent interlocutory work.
• Handle shareholder/director issues and business break-down disputes.
• Manage misleading and deceptive conduct / ACL-related disputes.
• Address confidentiality restraints, employment-related disputes and enforcement.
• Advise on IP/content/tech-adjacent matters (e.g., brand, copyright, digital issues).
• Manage court work including directions hearings, evidence preparation and briefing counsel.

• Contract and commercial disputes (including urgent interlocutory work)
