WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Commercial Executive to provide senior commercial leadership across major bids, projects, portfolios and strategic client arrangements.

You will work with Business Group and project leaders to shape pricing and commercial strategy before work is won, and support mobilisation and post‑award matters with a focus on entitlement, variation and margin protection. Qualifications

• Significant commercial leadership or contract management experience in complex projects.
• Experience leading bids, projects or portfolios with post-award exposure.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, fees, assumptions, contingencies and margins.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive commercial leadership across a portfolio of projects and opportunities.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities early with stakeholders.
• Oversee projects and portfolios to identify margin leakage and recovery opportunities.
• Lead commercial approaches to major bids, including pricing and negotiation strategy.
• Handover and mobilisation for large projects ensuring clear commercial obligations and controls.
• Manage post-award matters such as variations, claims and entitlement recovery.
• Develop robust entitlement and defence positions with Legal input as needed.
• Translate project financial data into actionable commercial insights.
• Govern across priority panels and strategic client arrangements.
• Coach Project Managers and Directors to improve commercial capability.
