Job summary

WSP Global Inc. seeks a Senior Professional, Project Management to support financial management and operational delivery for our Transportation and Infrastructure practice.

Based in Seattle, WA, you will coordinate budgets, reporting, invoicing, and contract administration across multiple active projects, serving as a key member of the project leadership team. You will develop dashboards, track KPIs, and prepare executive-level reports, while guiding program managers on budget development, ETCs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting project financials, project controls, or PM programs.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Capable of directing others to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, and contract performance across multiple projects.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and project performance summaries.
• Manage subconsultant contract documentation and financial reporting.
• Track margin erosion and rate adjustments on contracts.
• Support revenue projections, backlog tracking, and resource forecasting.
• Assist with budget development, task order tracking, and contract modifications.
• Identify budget risks and recommend corrective actions.
