Job summary

Agrifutures is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Australian manufacturing-focused finance team. You will report to the Financial Controller and help deliver technical accounting, robust financial reporting, and strategic commercial insights.

This is a pivotal second-in-command role within a disciplined finance function. You will lead statutory reporting, build complex models, and provide data-driven analyses to guide pricing, investments, and capital decisions in a regulated,

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role.
Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis.
Strong technical accounting with experience preparing statutory financial statements.
Experience in manufacturing/asset-intensive environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation of statutory financial statements, year-end reporting, and sustainability reporting requirements.
Develop, maintain and enhance sophisticated financial models to support planning, forecasting and decision-making.
Provide commercial analysis and recommendations for investments, pricing, and capital allocation decisions.
Support month-end and year-end close processes with strong controls and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, commercial and support functions to drive business outcomes.
