Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in commercial finance or FP&A.
• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel with Power Query.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

• Partner with operational leaders to understand performance drivers and identify commercial opportunities.
• Analyse revenue, costs and profitability across a national branch network.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance across a complex, operationally focused business. Partnering closely with Operations and other key stakeholders, you will translate financial and operational data into meaningful insights that improve profitability and support better decision‑making.

• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent, preferred

• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytical tools
• Proven ability to partner with operational and non-finance stakeholders
• Commercially curious, proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
